Privacy notice

Last updated October 15, 2026.

Who we are

This website, insuringinternational.ca, is operated by Insuring International. In this notice, “we” and “us” mean Insuring International.

The website was designed and built, and is hosted, by Website Kids Inc., a Canadian company.

What we collect

This website has no contact form and does not collect messages. If you email us, we collect what you tell us, including your email address and anything you write.

Please do not put policy numbers, banking or card details, government ID numbers (such as a SIN) or health information in an email. If you need to share those, we will tell you how to do it safely.

Technical information: like every website, our host (Cloudflare) receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you request when you visit. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure.

This website does not set cookies. It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a script loaded from Cloudflare, to count visits and measure how fast pages load. We do not use advertising cookies or advertising trackers.

Fonts on this site are served from the site itself, not from Google Fonts.

Eight-point checklist: if you use the checklist page, your ticks are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they are still there when you return. They stay on your device. We do not receive them.

Why we collect it

  • to read and reply to your email;
  • to understand what you are asking and decide how we can help;
  • to keep a record of the conversation;
  • to keep the website secure;
  • to meet our legal obligations.

We do not use your message for marketing unless you clearly ask us to. Replying to your question is not marketing.

Your consent

When you email us, you agree that we may use your information for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see “Your choices and rights”).

Who sees your information

An email you send to askus@huntersrisk.com is delivered to our team. This website has no contact form and no database, and it does not keep copies of messages.

These service providers help us run the website:

  • Website Kids Inc. (Canada): built and runs the website.
  • Cloudflare (hosting and security, United States and other countries): serves the website and provides visit counts.

Cloudflare processes information in the United States and possibly other countries. While your information is there, it may be accessed by courts, law enforcement and national security authorities under the laws of that country.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone else, except where the law requires or allows it.

How long we keep it

We keep your message only as long as needed to answer you and keep business records, and to meet legal requirements. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

How we protect it

The website uses HTTPS (encrypted in transit). No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please keep your email to what is needed.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we have used it;
  • correct anything that is wrong;
  • delete your information, or stop using it, where we no longer need it;
  • withdraw your consent.

Use the details below to reach us. We will reply within 30 days. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer answer your inquiry. We may need to confirm who you are before we share information with you.
